What does "2 free payroll cycles" mean?

A payroll cycle is one pay period for your entire company (e.g., January 1-15). You can run 2 complete payrolls with full features — including statutory deductions, OT, and payslips — before subscribing. Regenerating or voiding the same period does not consume a cycle. There's no time limit.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Sign up with just your email. You'll only need payment information when you choose to subscribe after your 2 free cycles.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each company's data is completely isolated. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and register with the National Privacy Commission.

Can I import my existing employee data?

Yes. You can import employees via CSV/Excel during setup or anytime after. Our import tool includes column mapping and data validation.

What happens if SSS or PhilHealth rates change?
